🚜 Lead Engineer - Farming Technology of the Future

We're building the next generation of cutting-edge farming equipment, software, and hardware-systems that transform how food is grown and delivered worldwide. Now, we're looking for a Lead Engineer to join our team and help drive our most ambitious projects forward.

What you'll do



  • Lead the design and delivery of .NET-based microservices running on Azure (experience with AWS or GCP is also valuable).


  • Architect and implement scalable cloud-native solutions that power intelligent farming equipment and ecosystems.


  • Collaborate closely with product owners, data scientists, and hardware engineers to turn complex requirements into robust, maintainable systems.


  • Drive ML/AI initiatives, bringing smart automation and predictive analytics into the core of farming technology.


  • Champion the use of AI-powered developer tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot) to improve developer experience, code quality, and delivery speed.


  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring solutions meet both business and field-level needs.


  • Mentor engineers, set best practices, and lead by example in modern engineering processes.

What we're looking for



  • Strong experience with the .NET stack and modern microservices architectures.


  • Hands-on expertise in Azure cloud services (or transferable knowledge from AWS/GCP).


  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering initiatives, from conception to production.


  • Background working with data-driven solutions, AI/ML integration, or IoT systems is highly desirable.


  • Experience in improving developer experience using modern tooling and AI assistants.


  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you can translate between business needs and technical delivery.
