What You'll Do

• 
  
  Design and develop GIS and 3D modelling tools used in advanced simulation environments.
• 
  
  Architect clean, scalable solutions in Python and C#.
• 
  
  Collaborate closely with UX designers, simulation specialists, and 3D artists.
• 
  
  Mentor junior developers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
• 
  
  Continuously improve workflows, documentation, and CI/CD practices.

What We're Looking For

• 
  
  Strong Python skills for tooling and automation.
• 
  
  Hands-on experience with GIS software such as QGIS or ArcGIS.
• 
  
  Knowledge of PostGIS and spatial data management.
• 
  
  Familiarity with Blender for 3D asset processing.
• 
  
  Solid understanding of coordinate systems, vector and raster data, and terrain processing.
• 
  
  Bonus points for experience with plugins, maritime simulation, or Blender automation.
