MS Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Support Consultant



Location: Bucharest / Hybrid

My client is looking for an experienced professional with several years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in supporting, configuring, and maintaining D365 F&O systems to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements:



  • Several years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations


  • Proven background in a technical support or system administration role related to Dynamics 365


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially with user or system-level issues


  • Experience with D365 configuration, customization, and form/report development


  • Ability to manage user roles, permissions, and license assignments within D365


  • Self-motivated and adaptable, able to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments


  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:



  • Technical Support: Provide first and second-level support for D365 F&O users, resolving technical and functional issues


  • System Configuration: Customize and configure the D365 F&O platform, including workflows, forms, and reports, to support business processes


  • User Access Management: Set up and maintain user accounts, assign roles, manage licenses, and ensure compliance with security protocols


  • Training & User Enablement: Deliver user training and provide ongoing support to help teams fully utilize system capabilities


  • Documentation: Maintain clear records of system changes, configurations, and standard operating procedures


  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal users and business stakeholders to gather requirements and liaise with third-level support or external partners when needed


  • System Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance and propose or implement improvements to ensure operational stability and efficiency
