Data Center Engineer

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Data Center Engineer with solid hands-on experience in data center operations. You will be responsible for daily operation, system support, cabling in Data Centre.





Responsibilities

• 
  
  Perform equipment installation, cabling, and decommissioning in the Data Center
• 
  
  Perform system monitoring, system help check and support daily data center operation
• 
  
  Handle incidents, perform troubleshooting, and escalate issues to management when required
• 
  
  Monitor Data Center facilities, including power, cooling, and fire protection systems
• 
  
  Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare operational reports

Requirements

• 
  
  Experience in Data Center operations, with good hardware and cabling experience
• 
  
  Hands-on skills in equipment installation, troubleshooting, and incident handling
• 
  
  Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player
• 
  
  Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• 
  
  Willing to work on a 24/7 shift rotation schedule
