This role involves providing hands-on technical support, performing equipment installation and decommissioning, handling incidents to ensure stable and efficient data centre services. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;&lt;strong data-end="649" data-start="620"&gt;Duties &amp;amp; Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Provide basic technical support for data centre operations and service provisioning&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Perform equipment installation, removal, and rack mounting activities&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Deliver smart hands support for customer requests, including tape backup services&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Handle incidents and escalate issues to higher-tier support when required&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Maintain and update equipment inventory systems and rack documentation&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;&lt;strong data-end="1386" data-start="1370"&gt;Requirements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Basic understanding of data centre concepts, including space, power, and cooling&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Experience in data centre facilities, cabling, and network fault recovery is an advantage&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Good communication and interpersonal skills&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Willingness to work on a 24x7 shift roster&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;We are hiring within this month and If you think this role is suitable for you please send your CV to Carsten, c.chin@tenthrevolution.com or call me at +852 3018 0384 to discuss further.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;
