System Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a System Engineer to provide on-site and remote support for multiple clients. This role offers exposure to diverse technologies and environments, focusing on the maintenance and support of server, desktop, and network infrastructure.



Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver, implement, and support IT infrastructure such as system, server and network.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support via call, email, in person/remotely or ticket system with clients per SLA and average response times
• Handle network, desktop/server hardware and software, and application systems for incidents and problem resolution
• Offer remote or onsite IT support when required

Job requirements

• Diploma or above with major in Computing / Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Experience in technical support and 2nd/3rd line support experience in infrastructure field
• Familiar with MS Windows platforms, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Outlook, Exchange Server.
• Experience working with Cisco Firewall/switches
• Knowledge with virtualization software e.g. Hyper-V, VMware
• Understanding of networking concepts: LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, TCP/IP
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Candidate who able to start immediately will be highly advantageous
