Senior IT Infrastructure Manager (Global MNC)

Company Overview

Our client is looking to hire a Senior IT Infrastructure Manager to assist the CTO & IT Director to manage the IT infrastructure projects & operation in their organization. Attractive salary and fringe benefits will be offered to the successful candidates!

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional IT infrastructure strategy aligned with global goals
• Lead and promote the infrastructure strategic roadmap
• Implement global IT services while ensuring local compliance
• Drive innovation and oversee multiple large-scale infrastructure initiatives
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team with a culture of excellence
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, delivering cost-effective IT solutions
• Use KPIs and OKRs to evaluate infrastructure performance and identify improvements
• Enhance IT resilience and disaster recovery readiness
• Manage vendor relationships and sourcing strategies
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards
• Oversee risk management and mitigation processes
• Manage IT infrastructure budget with focus on cost optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
• 5+ years in IT management, preferably in infrastructure or cybersecurity
• Proven experience leading IT teams and managing infrastructure
• Hands-on with: Databases: MS-SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle
• Servers: Windows, Linux
• Clouds: AWS, Azure, Aliyun
• Skilled in: Virtualization: VMWare, Docker, Kubernetes
• Networking: Cisco, Aubra, Ruckus, Huawei
• Infrastructure as Code models
• Certifications preferred: ITIL, CISM, PMP, Prince2, AWS, Azure, CCNA/CCNP
• Strong grasp of emerging technologies and trends
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance metrics
• Project management experience, including agile methodologies
• Customer-centric approach with financial acumen
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
