Company OverviewOur client is a reputable Cybersecurity firm in the market and they are expanding their team locally. They are currently seeking a new Pre-Sale Manager to join their team and support both pre-sale activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultancy to customers on cybersecurity solutions, architecture, and protection measures
- Act as the key technical liaison between customers, the professional services team, and support teams
- Collaborate with the sales team to formulate and execute strategies that drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
- Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver suitable and effective solutions to customers
- Evaluate potential products and vendors to support business development and address customer needs
- Research and explore new security tools, technologies, and market trends to ensure solutions remain competitive and relevant
- Build strong technical relationships with stakeholders within customer organizations
- Prepare solution proposals and execute proof-of-concept (POC) implementations
- Deliver pre-sales presentations and provide solution architecture support for enterprise customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the cybersecurity field
- Proven experience leading projects and coordinating resources to deliver solutions
- Professional IT certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CEH, vendor-specific certifications) are preferred
- Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, strong team spirit, and results-oriented
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
