A leading Nordic company is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their growing technology team in Trondheim. About the Role



This is a key position within the engineering team. You will take ownership of frontend development and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of the company's core digital platform, a system that underpins complex operations and project delivery. The role combines greenfield development with a major redesign of existing applications, giving you the chance to influence architecture, design standards, and technology choices.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead frontend development using Vue.js (React experience also considered).
• Drive UX/UI improvements and contribute to product design using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in the ongoing rebuild of the company's core platform and new application launches.
• Embrace AI tools (e.g., Claude) to enhance development workflows.
• Optional: Contribute to API development.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of professional frontend development experience
• Strong skills in modern JavaScript frameworks
• Proven ability to deliver clean, user-focused UI and UX.
• Experience with Figma and a strong design sensibility.
• Positive approach to leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
• Basic Norwegian language skills (A2 minimum) and willingness to improve.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
