A leading Norwegian organization is seeking an IT Generalist to join its small, dynamic technology team in Fornebu. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and working across multiple areas of IT, from network troubleshooting to Microsoft 365 migration.

The Opportunity



The successful candidate will play a key role in the company's transition from Citrix to Microsoft 365, including building new images, moving systems from datacenter to cloud, and ensuring security and performance. This position offers exposure to a wide range of tasks, including:

• Supporting the migration to Microsoft 365 and maintaining on-prem servers for core systems.
• Handling day-to-day IT operations: creating new users, resetting passwords, troubleshooting network issues, and occasional on-site visits for support.
• Ensuring smooth operations for internal teams and maintaining high security standards.

This is a broad, varied role, ideal for someone eager to learn and grow.

What They're Looking For

• 2+ years experience with Microsoft 365.
• Interest in databases and storage systems (training provided).
• Familiarity with servers and on-prem environments.
• Networking knowledge (switches, routers).
• Citrix experience is a bonus, but not required.
• A proactive, curious mindset and willingness to learn.
