
Job Overview
We are representing a well-established telecom organization seeking a seasoned
Sales Director to lead and scale its enterprise and wholesale sales business. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building long-term partnerships across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and long-term business objectives
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team across enterprise and wholesale segments
Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic accounts, and channel partnerships
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and senior stakeholders
Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of go-to-market strategies
Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making
Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to senior management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience within the telecom or ICT industry
Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing sizable sales teams
Strong understanding of telecom products, enterprise solutions, and market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on when required
Preferred Experience & Attributes:
Strong market exposure in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area (GBA) telecom landscape
Experience with enterprise connectivity, data center services, cloud connectivity, or managed services
Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, such as smart connectivity, automation, or predictive analytics
Demonstrated success in building long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving, and competitive environment
