Job Overview



We are representing a well-established telecom organization seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead and scale its enterprise and wholesale sales business. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building long-term partnerships across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and long-term business objectives


  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team across enterprise and wholesale segments


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic accounts, and channel partnerships


  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and senior stakeholders


  • Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of go-to-market strategies


  • Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making


  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to senior management

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline


  • Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience within the telecom or ICT industry


  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing sizable sales teams


  • Strong understanding of telecom products, enterprise solutions, and market dynamics


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills


  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on when required

Preferred Experience & Attributes:



  • Strong market exposure in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area (GBA) telecom landscape


  • Experience with enterprise connectivity, data center services, cloud connectivity, or managed services


  • Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, such as smart connectivity, automation, or predictive analytics


  • Demonstrated success in building long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships


  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving, and competitive environment
