Digital Project Manager / Senior PE (Web & Mobile)

Our client is a reputable digital vendor delivering enterprise-level web and mobile application projects for Hong Kong clients. They are looking for a Digital Project Manager, and candidates with less experience will be considered for a Senior Project Executive role.

Responsibilities

• 
  
  Support and manage delivery of web and mobile application projects for enterprise clients.
• 
  
  Act as a key coordination point between clients, internal teams (UI/UX, developers, QA), and vendors.
• 
  
  Assist in requirement gathering, project documentation, and timeline tracking.
• 
  
  Monitor project progress, risks, and issues; escalate when needed.
• 
  
  Support client communications and status reporting.
• 
  
  Work in a fast-paced digital environment and handle multiple projects concurrently.
• 
  
  Willing to take on challenges and grow into a Project Manager role.

Requirements

• 
  
  Experience in digital projects (web / mobile / system projects).
• 
  
  Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• 
  
  Comfortable working with enterprise clients and dynamic project environments.
• 
  
  Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile / Scrum delivery.
• 
  
  Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.

Role Level

• 
  
  Digital Project Manager: For candidates with solid end-to-end project management experience.
• 
  
  Senior Project Executive: For candidates with less experience but strong coordination, communication, and growth potential.

Nice to Have

• 
  
  Experience in digital agencies or system integrators.
• 
  
  Exposure to Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
