Overview

For one of our international Clients, I am seeking a dynamic MS Dynamics 365 F&O Divisional Lead to steer a compact, highly skilled team of around 15 remote technical and functional professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for both people leadership and system strategy, driving efficient and innovative Dynamics 365 solutions across the organization.

This is a hands-on leadership position that blends team development, project oversight, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver measurable impact on business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Leadership

• 
  
  Guide and mentor a small-to-medium remote team (~15 direct reports) spanning technical and functional roles
• 
  
  Strengthen internal relationships by acting as a trusted advisor for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• 
  
  Collaborate on projects in capacities like Project Manager, Solution Specialist, or Management Consultant.
• 
  
  Supervise project managers and coordinate rollout activities.
• 
  
  Set up and maintain a global Key User network, including 2nd and 3rd level support.
• 
  
  Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

System & Solution Oversight

• 
  
  Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications and system enhancements.
• 
  
  Lead continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and CRM environments.
• 
  
  Oversee release planning and deployment strategies to ensure smooth system operations.
• 
  
  Maintain system performance, reliability, and efficiency at an enterprise scale.

Qualifications

Education & Language Skills

• 
  
  Degree in IT, Business Informatics, or related field.
• 
  
  Fluent in English;

Technical Skills

• 
  
  Previous experience as a D365 consultant or similar role.
• 
  
  Solid knowledge of D365 development, architecture, and Microsoft ecosystem tools (Azure, Power Platform).
• 
  
  Familiarity with deployment processes, software releases, and ERP lifecycle management.

Leadership & Management Skills

• 
  
  Proven experience leading remote teams and coordinating complex projects.
• 
  
  Strong abilities in workload management, stakeholder alignment, and expectation setting.
