Role Overview

My client was looking for a (Senior) AI Solution Engineer to drive the design and delivery of AI applications powered by LLMs and AI Agents.
This role focuses on building production-ready AI solutions, with data analysis and data science skills used in service of AI performance, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

AI & LLM Application Engineering (Core Focus)

• 
  
  Design, build, and deploy AI applications using LLMs and AI Agent frameworks
• 
  
  Lead end-to-end AI solution delivery from use case definition to production
• 
  
  Develop prompt engineering strategies, agent workflows, and orchestration logic
• 
  
  Implement RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector search where applicable
• 
  
  Evaluate and select LLMs, tools, and frameworks based on accuracy, cost, and latency
• 
  
  Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and workflows

Applied Data & Model Enablement (AI-Supporting)

• 
  
  Analyze and prepare data to enable effective LLM and AI Agent performance
• 
  
  Conduct feature exploration and data validation for AI use cases
• 
  
  Support model evaluation, experimentation, and performance tuning
• 
  
  Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data availability and reliability for AI pipelines

AI Quality, Governance & Scalability

• 
  
  Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready
• 
  
  Implement monitoring, evaluation metrics, and guardrails for AI outputs
• 
  
  Align solutions with AI governance, data privacy, and compliance requirements

Stakeholder & Technical Leadership

• 
  
  Translate business problems into practical AI solutions
• 
  
  Act as a technical advisor on AI feasibility and architecture
• 
  
  Middle level to Senior Level both can be consider

Requirements

• 
  
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 
  
  Strong hands-on experience building AI / LLM-powered applications
• 
  
  Practical experience with AI Agents, orchestration frameworks, and RAG
• 
  
  Strong programming skills (Python preferred)
• 
  
  Experience deploying AI solutions into production environments
• 
  
  Solid understanding of data concepts as they relate to AI systems
• 
  
  Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

• 
  
  Experience with open-source LLMs and fine-tuning techniques
• 
  
  Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• 
  
  Exposure to MLOps, model monitoring, or AI governance
• 
  
  Experience in fast-paced or client-facing environments
