We are seeking an Agile Facilitator to join our client's esteemed team based in Madrid. This permanent, hybrid opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about Agile methodologies and thrive in a forward-thinking workplace.

Profile

• 
  
  4-5 years of experience as an Agile Master / Scrum Master, facilitating teams, aligning priorities and capacity, and ensuring objectives are met through effective communication and metrics tracking.
• 
  
  Experience in ERP implementation and integration projects.
• 
  
  Proven experience collaborating with international teams and digital roles at varying levels of Agile maturity.
• 
  
  Strong skills in facilitating productive team sessions, promoting inclusion, and ensuring collaboration across all team members.
• 
  
  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in project tracking and reporting.
• 
  
  Proficiency with Azure DevOps or other Microsoft project management tools.
• 
  
  English proficiency required.
