S/4 HANA Access Senior Manager - Financial Transformation

A leading global professional services firm is seeking an experienced S/4 HANA Access Senior Manager to join its Technology & Transformation division. This is a senior leadership role focused on SAP Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Identity Access Management within major ERP transformation programmes.

The successful candidate will lead cross-industry engagements, working with senior client stakeholders to design, implement, and modernise secure SAP environments that meet complex regulatory and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
  Lead the development and execution of SAP security and GRC strategies aligned to organisational and industry best practices.
• 
  
  Oversee SAP Security in large-scale implementations, ensuring compliance with SOX, GDPR, NIS2, and internal security standards.
• 
  
  Drive greenfield implementation projects covering SAP Security, GRC, and Identity Access Management.
• 
  
  Establish and maintain robust access management policies, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and segregation of duties.
• 
  
  Conduct security risk assessments and stay informed on emerging threats and technologies.
• 
  
  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• 
  
  Manage, mentor, and inspire project teams through complex transformation programmes.

Key Skills & Experience

• 
  
  Hands-on experience in large SAP implementation programmes.
• 
  
  Deep knowledge of authorisation concepts for S/4 HANA, BW/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Business Technology Platform, and cloud applications such as SuccessFactors, Ariba, and Concur.
• 
  
  Expertise in GRC tools such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Pathlock, and SAP GRC Access Controls.
• 
  
  Strong understanding of SOX compliance, segregation of duties, GDPR, and related regulatory frameworks.
• 
  
  Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• 
  
  Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
• 
  
  Professional certifications such as SAP Certified Technology Professional, SAP Access Control 12.0, CISSP, or CISM are highly desirable.
