📍 Location: Madrid (Hybrid 60%)
🌍 Languages: Spanish (mandatory) & Professional English (C1)

The Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline application deployment and integration processes. Your mission will be to ensure high availability, security, and efficiency of cloud-based applications, contributing to the company's global digital strategy.

Key job responsibilities

🔹 Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
🔹 Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and manage cloud components.
🔹 Optimize build and deployment strategies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
🔹 Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve business-critical solutions.
🔹 Analyze system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimizations.
🔹 Ensure application security and compliance with company and industry standards.
🔹 Maintain and enhance deployment frameworks for long-term sustainability.
🔹 Document processes, configurations, and best practices for transparency and traceability.

Qualifications

🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
💼 Experience: 3+ years as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
⚙️ Key Skills:
✔️ CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
✔️ Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
✔️ Cloud Platforms (Azure)
✔️ PostgreSQL & Git (mirroring, merge conflict resolution)
✔️ Scripting: Bash, PowerShell
✔️ Experience in Agile teams
