Job DescriptionWe are seeking for experience System Engineer to join our client. You will play an important role in handle & support for MS Product such as Exchange Server.
Job Responsibilities- Responsible for daily IT operation support and infrastructure support for Exchange server & MS product.
- Deliver Tier 2 support via call, email, in person/remotely, ticket system to end users.
- Assist to troubleshoot/maintenance for Exchange Server, mail migration, hybrid project, manage Offline Exchange & Exchange online.
- Participate in various IT project such as cloud migration, Hybrid solution project, mail migration.
- Provide remote/onsite IT support if necessary.
Job Requirements- Diploma or above with major in Computing / Information Technology or related disciplines.
- Solid experienced in technical support, helpdesk or relevant working experience.
- Experience in IT infrastructure such as Exchange server, and system.
- Familiar in support Microsoft Product including Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2019/2016, Azure, Active Directory, SharePoint, Team, One Drive, Windows Server 2019/2016, O365, Exchange Server.
- Experience in cloud & virtualization such as VMWare, Azure, AWS will be added advantage
- Possesses ITIL or MCSE related certifications will be an advantage
- Good communication skills in English & Cantonese
- Immediately available is highly preferred
