Job Description:
As the Pega Lead System Architect - Director/Sr. Manager, you will oversee the development and management of technical architecture for Pega applications and Business Process Management (BPM) solutions. Your primary focus will be on designing seamless integration solutions that enhance business performance and optimize technology infrastructure for clients.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Pega, Java, BPM software, and integration technologies (Oracle, LDAP, Active Directory).
• Must be have Pega CLSA
• Experience in software delivery or development, particularly using Java/JEE and related web technologies.
• Background in consulting with extensive travel experience.
• Strong project management skills, including risk, scope, and change management.
• Experience in software consulting in Portal, BPM, DM, or EAI settings.
• Expertise in designing high-performance and scalable client-side architecture.
