AWS Engineering Manager

Are you passionate about cloud infrastructure and leading high-performing engineering teams? A fast-growing tech company is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their Cloud Team.

In this role, you'll oversee the design, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency of a robust AWS-based cloud environment. You'll manage a talented team of engineers and SREs, drive infrastructure-as-code practices with Terraform, and collaborate across product, finance, and security teams to ensure the platform supports rapid growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers and SREs
• Oversee AWS account structure, networking, and Terraform deployments
• Optimize cloud spend through cost and capacity planning
• Support integrations with Vercel and other platform services
• Champion best practices in reliability, performance, and security
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align infrastructure with business goals

About You:

• Proven experience managing engineering teams
• Deep expertise in AWS, Terraform, and cloud architecture
• Strong understanding of cloud networking (VPCs, routing, load balancing)
• Experience with cost optimization and forecasting
• Familiarity with Vercel or similar hosting/CDN platforms
• Excellent leadership, communication, and planning skills
