Digital Web & App Technical Lead

My client seeking an experienced and highly skilled Digital Web & App Technical Lead to architect, develop, and oversee the delivery of cutting-edge digital platforms including responsive web applications and mobile apps. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset to drive innovation, scalability, and performance across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
  Lead the end-to-end technical design, development, and deployment of web and mobile applications.
• 
  
  Guide a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality digital solutions on time and within budget.
• 
  
  Define and enforce coding standards, development processes, and architectural best practices.
• 
  
  Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• 
  
  Oversee API integrations, third-party services, and backend systems to ensure seamless functionality.
• 
  
  Conduct regular code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• 
  
  Manage cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for application hosting and CI/CD pipelines.
• 
  
  Ensure applications meet high standards of performance, security, and accessibility.
• 
  
  Stay abreast of emerging technologies and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 
  
  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 
  
  7+ years of full-stack development experience with at least 2-3 years in a technical lead role.
• 
  
  Proficiency in modern web and mobile technologies:
  • 
    
    Web: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • 
    
    Mobile: Native iOS/Android (Swift/Kotlin) or cross-platform (Flutter, React Native)
  • 
    
    Backend: Node.js, PHP
• 
  
  Strong experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• 
  
  Experience with DevOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools.
• 
  
  Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
