Responsibilities

• Provide in-house IT infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance for system OS, virtualization platforms, and backup solutions to meet company needs
• Manage and monitor virtualization environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) to ensure high availability and performance
• Cooperate with other teams/departments and/or other teams from group companies to provide necessary IT infrastructure to accomplish project objectives.
• Manage and operate multi-layer aspects of company IT infrastructure including public cloud services, on-premise servers, networking, monitorings and data backup
• Liaise with vendors and third parties for project execution in accordance to business needs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years relevant experience in IT infrastructure / IT operations in Windows/Linux Server system
• Experience in system OS administration (e.g., Windows, Linux)
• Experience in managing virtualization environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Experience in managing public cloud environments (eg., AWS, Azure, OCI)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus
• Experience in migration projects involving system OS and virtualization platforms
• Practical experience managing and supporting virtualization and backup solutions
