Job Description

We are seeking for experience Helpdesk Engineer to join our client. You will play an important role in handling handle IT related issue and supporting end user.



Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver helpdesk support via call, email, in person/remotely, ticket system to end users.
  • Responsible for daily IT operation support and infrastructure support
  • Assist to troubleshooting in hardware, software, networking issues and incidents.
  • Participate in various IT project.
  • Provide remote/onsite IT support if necessary




Job Requirements
  • Diploma or above with major in Computing / Information Technology or related disciplines.
  • Solid experienced in technical support, helpdesk or relevant working experience from MNC environment. Candidate with less experience can be consider
  • Experience in IT infrastructure such as network, server, and system.
  • Familiar in support Microsoft Product including Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2019/2016, Azure, Active Directory, SharePoint, Team, One Drive, Windows Server 2019/2016, O365, Exchange Server.
  • Hand on experience in network such as firewall, switches and routing.
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • Possess professional certificates (i.e. CCNA, CDCP, ITIL) will be an advantage
