My client are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth for the cutting-edge solutions in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and Smart City technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of technology-driven urban transformation and a proven track record in enterprise solution sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and acquire new B2B and government clients, public sector...etc in the AI, IoT, and Smart City sectors.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets across assigned markets.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through networking, industry events, cold outreach, and inbound leads.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions based on the company's AI, IoT, cloud, and data analytics capabilities.
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized proposals, RFP responses, and solution demos.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing, and deal closures in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Provide market feedback and contribute to product strategy and business model evolution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
5-10 years of experience in enterprise solution sales, preferably in AI, IoT, Smart City, or Cloud technologies.
Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales targets and closing large, complex deals.
Strong understanding of public sector or municipal digital transformation initiatives.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders- Less exprience can consider as a Pre-sale engineer
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with digital twin, smart infrastructure, or urban data platforms.
Prior experience working with system integrators, technology OEMs, or government technology tenders.
Strategic mindset with a passion for emerging technologies and sustainability.
