Cyber Security Lead (MNC - Fully work from home)

Company Overview

Our client, a japanese based multinational corporation (MNC), is looking for a Cyber Security Lead. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely. The position is based in a stable and established industry, providing long-term career growth and exposure to ongoing innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the IT security architecture for the company's infrastructure and business application environment
• Formulate and review security architecture, policies, standards, and related processes
• Conduct security review on overall IT infrastructure
• Implement various cybersecurity-related projects
• Work with internal parties or vendor to conduct phishing test, IT security assessment, and penetration testing
• Liaise with different stakeholder to ensure cybersecurity best practice
• Participate in regular reviews and updates of cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures and guidelines
• Enforce company cybersecurity policies and compliance
• Assist in-house cybersecurity awareness training

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in information security management.
• Good knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.
• Strong oral, verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese.
