Technical (Senior) Business Analyst - Global Project

My client are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support a global project within their organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless system design, implementation, and optimization across multiple regions. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, hands-on system experience, and experience in global project environments.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
  Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams for global system initiatives.
• 
  
  Analyze, document, and translate complex business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• 
  
  Lead system configuration, testing, and implementation for new modules or system upgrades.
• 
  
  Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• 
  
  Prepare implementation plans, training materials, and conduct user training sessions globally.
• 
  
  Troubleshoot system issues, provide workarounds, and ensure timely resolution.
• 
  
  Manage ad-hoc requests and other duties as assigned by management.
• 
  
  Support global project governance, documentation, and reporting.

Requirements

• 
  
  Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 
  
  3 - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in global or multi-region projects.
• 
  
  Hands-on experience with operational systems in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise applications.
• 
  
  Strong business analysis and technical solution design skills.
• 
  
  Experience in system configuration, functional testing, and project management.
• 
  
  Basic knowledge of SQL
• 
  
  Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
• Less experience can consider as a Business Analyst role
