Technical Lead (Digital Agency)

About the Role
My client seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Technical Lead to oversee the delivery of mobile and web enterprise projects. This role requires a strong technical background, proven leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills to bridge between clients, stakeholders, and the development team. You will lead a team of 5-7 engineers, ensuring technical excellence, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
  Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale mobile and web applications.
• 
  
  Manage and mentor a team of 5-7 developers, fostering collaboration and technical growth.
• 
  
  Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, present progress, and address technical concerns.
• 
  
  Drive project management activities including planning, task allocation, progress tracking, and risk management.
• 
  
  Prepare and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and deployment guides.
• 
  
  Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
• 
  
  Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• 
  
  Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve system performance and scalability.

Requirements

• 
  
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• 
  
  6+ years of full stack development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• 
  
  Strong hands-on experience in frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP).
• 
  
  Experience in mobile application development (native iOS/Android).
• 
  
  Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• 
  
  Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• 
  
  Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• 
  
  Ability to create detailed technical documentation for both internal teams and client-facing purposes.

Preferred Skills

• 
  
  Experience in enterprise application architecture and integration.
• 
  
  Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• 
  
  Prior experience in pre-sales technical discussions with clients.
