    Job description



    A well-funded and fast-growing technology company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their product team. The company builds a full-stack platform combining hardware and software to enable effortless monitoring of physical environments, helping businesses gain real-time insights into buildings, assets, and operations at scale.

    This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of physical and digital products, creating user experiences that make complex systems feel simple and intuitive. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to help define how design contributes to product strategy.

    Responsibilities:



    • Lead design efforts across the entire product lifecycle, from research to final UI


    • Develop user journeys and interfaces for dashboards, alerts, configuration flows, and mobile/web applications


    • Translate technical complexity into simple, elegant experiences


    • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams


    • Contribute to and maintain a coherent design system in collaboration with frontend developers


    • Bring a user-centered mindset to product conversations, balancing business goals with usability

    Requirements:



    • 5+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both process and polish


    • Experience designing for web and/or mobile platforms; familiarity with SaaS or complex tools preferred


    • Skilled in tools like Figma or similar for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design


    • Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary environment with tight feedback loops


    • Bonus if experienced in IoT, hardware interaction, or sensor-driven interfaces, but not required
