As part of their ongoing IT expansion, they are currently seeking a Senior System Administrator to join their growing team in Hong Kong. This is a newly created position reflecting the company's commitment to enhancing its regional IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform system maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for OS, virtualization, and cloud environments
  • Manage and support virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, OCI)
  • Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system, virtualization, and backup-related issues in collaboration with internal teams and vendors
  • Maintain technical documentation and stay updated on relevant technologies and best practices


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux administration, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/OCI)
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) and familiarity with DevOps and Kubernetes is a plus
  • Experience with system migrations, backup solutions, and ITIL/change management processes
  • Strong communication skills in English, Chinese, and Mandarin, with the ability to manage tasks independently

As part of their ongoing IT expansion, they are currently seeking a Regional System Administrator to join their growing team in Hong Kong. This is a newly created position reflecting the company's commitment to enhancing its regional IT infrastructure. Candidates with 10 or more years of relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide system administration of Microsoft Domain / Active Directory, O365, Firewall, Switches, VPN, Internet connectivity
  • Ensure IT systems and applications run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
  • Monitor infrastructure using tools, respond to alerts, and quickly troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain and support enterprise systems like Microsoft Windows, Linux, VMware, SAN storage, and network routing/switching (L2/L3).
  • Manage Microsoft 365, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, endpoint security, and firewalls/switches.
  • Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Work closely with teams across the business, including warehouse operations, to support IT integration.


Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise application support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, VMware, SAN, and network technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
  • Skilled in Microsoft 365, Office 365, AD, SCCM, endpoint security, and network devices.
  • Certifications like MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, VMware, or cloud certifications are a plus.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues.
  • Good communication skills in English and Cantonese.

Overview:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our client's cybersecurity team. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in IT security and a strong desire to develop further in a fast-evolving security landscape. You will play a critical role in daily security operations and help enhance the organization's defense posture.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of IT security systems under the guidance of senior staff


  • Support day-to-day security operations and respond to potential network or security incidents


  • Serve as the first point of contact for handling frontline network and security alerts


  • Perform configuration and basic implementation tasks on firewall and intrusion prevention systems (e.g., Fortinet)


  • Manage and assign system access rights across production, testing, and development environments


  • Provide administrative support for network security tools, ensuring continued protection and reliability


  • Assist in the analysis of potential cyber threats using tools such as FortiAnalyzer, ELK Stack, and Splunk

Requirements:


  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT security operations, network administration, or similar roles


  • Exposure to IT risk management, system access governance, or internal control processes


  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, NSE, or CCNP are highly desirable


  • Familiarity with coordinating or supporting cybersecurity initiatives or audits


  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively


  • Candidates with less experience but strong potential and learning mindset will also be considered
