Role:B2B Prompt engineer
Location - Krakow (hybrid)
Contract - B2B
I'm currently recruiting for a client based in Krakow who are looking for a B2B Prompt engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and optimise prompts for real-world LLM applications (minimum 2 production-grade projects).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex document requirements into actionable prompt logic.
Implement and maintain fine-tuning or RAG pipelines.
Evaluate prompt performance using metrics like BLEU, ROUGE and semantic similarity.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in prompt engineering with LLMs (2+ production projects).
Strong Python proficiency, including LLM APIs and data tools (e.g., Pandas).
Deep understanding of prompt structure and context.
Experience with fine-tuning or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Familiarity with evaluation metrics and human-in-the-loop validation.
Awareness of LLM-related security concerns.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
This is a 12 months B2B contract with a possible extension.
Location - Krakow (hybrid 3 days in office requirement)
Hourly rate up to 220 PLN.
