    🧭 Zakres obowiązków



    • Administracja i rozwój aplikacji biznesowych szczególnie MS Dynamics AX (ERP, HR, finanse, logistyka, projekty).


    • Konfiguracja i utrzymanie systemów: nadawanie uprawnień, testowanie zmian, parametryzacja modułów.


    • Współpraca z dostawcami oprogramowania - obsługa zgłoszeń, nadzór nad SLA i wdrożeniami poprawek.


    • Analiza procesów biznesowych i tworzenie dokumentacji techniczno-użytkowej.


    • Przygotowywanie raportów i analiz w oparciu o MS Excel, Power Query i Power BI.


    • Udział w projektach wdrożeniowych i integracyjnych nowych aplikacji.


    • Monitorowanie działania systemów i rekomendowanie usprawnień.


    • Wsparcie użytkowników oraz prowadzenie krótkich szkoleń wewnętrznych.

    • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w pracy z aplikacjami biznesowymi lub systemami ERP.


    • Dobra znajomość środowiska Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams).


    • Umiejętność analizy procesów i tworzenia dokumentacji.


    • Mile widziana znajomość Power BI lub chęć rozwoju w tym kierunku.


    • Doświadczenie we współpracy z firmami zewnętrznymi / serwisami IT.


    • Wykształcenie wyższe - informatyka, ekonomia, zarządzanie lub pokrewne.


    • Samodzielność, dokładność i dobra organizacja pracy.


    • Komunikatywność oraz orientacja na wsparcie użytkownika.

    Job description



    We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Azure Cloud and Databricks to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines. You will work closely with Data Architects, Analysts, and Business Teams to deliver reliable, performant data solutions for analytics and business intelligence.

    Key Responsibilities



    • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.


    • Develop and optimize PySpark / Spark transformations within Databricks.


    • Manage and optimize data storage solutions such as Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) and Delta Lake.


    • Implement best practices in data engineering, including version control, CI/CD, testing, and documentation.


    • Work with structured and unstructured data sources to support data modelling and analytics use cases.


    • Troubleshoot performance issues and improve data processing efficiency.


    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.


    • Ensure security, governance, and compliance of data within Azure cloud environments.

    Required Skills & Experience



    • 5+ years working as a Data Engineer or similar role.


    • Strong working experience with Azure Cloud Services, such as:


      • Azure Data Factory


      • Azure Data Lake Storage


      • Azure Synapse (nice-to-have)


      • Azure Key Vault / Azure DevOps


    • Hands-on experience using Databricks for data processing and pipeline orchestration.


    • Strong PySpark / Python development skills.


    • Experience working with Delta Lake and Spark SQL.


    • Solid understanding of data warehousing, data modelling, and ETL/ELT pipelines.


    • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and general DevOps practices.
    • This role may require occasional regional travel depending on project needs.
    • Cantonese, Mandarin, Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
