In this role, you'll oversee the design, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency of a robust AWS-based cloud environment. You'll manage a talented team of engineers and SREs, drive infrastructure-as-code practices with Terraform, and collaborate across product, finance, and security teams to ensure the platform supports rapid growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers and SREs
- Oversee AWS account structure, networking, and Terraform deployments
- Optimize cloud spend through cost and capacity planning
- Support integrations with Vercel and other platform services
- Champion best practices in reliability, performance, and security
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align infrastructure with business goals
About You:- Proven experience managing engineering teams
- Deep expertise in AWS, Terraform, and cloud architecture
- Strong understanding of cloud networking (VPCs, routing, load balancing)
- Experience with cost optimization and forecasting
- Familiarity with Vercel or similar hosting/CDN platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication, and planning skills
