NetSuite & Amazon EDI Integration Specialist

$200,000 Base Salary

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Amazon sales performance and optimize eCommerce strategy across platforms.
  • Identify and resolve inefficiencies in Amazon-NetSuite integrations, including payment applications and discount handling.
  • Build and manage saved searches and reporting tools within NetSuite (e.g., PO spending approvals, landed cost calculations).
  • Monitor sales orders and assist in project-based initiatives across the business.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to move the needle on Amazon performance and operational efficiency.

Required Experience

  • Proven expertise in Amazon marketplace operations, including sales strategy and backend optimization.
  • Strong working knowledge of NetSuite, including saved searches, reporting, and vendor/item record management.
  • Ability to work independently and aggressively pursue results.
  • Experience in consumer products or retail/eCommerce environments preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, assertive personality.

Location - Oklahoma city, 4 days on-site

Our client, a well-established consumer electronics and smart home technology company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to join its internal Technology Solutions team. The organization delivers a wide range of tech-driven products through major retail and online channels, and is committed to innovation and operational excellence.

In this role, the DBA will be responsible for ensuring the performance, reliability, and security of enterprise-level databases supporting critical business operations. This position involves both strategic planning and hands-on administration of Microsoft SQL Server environments, including cloud integration with Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor database performance, optimize queries, and conduct regular performance tuning.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade database software and associated tools.
  • Conduct database maintenance tasks, including backups, index rebuilds, and statistics updates.
  • Set up and manage SQL instances for production and test environments, including availability groups and failover clusters.
  • Plan for future database capacity and performance requirements.
  • Implement proactive monitoring tools and resolve database-related issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of database schemas, configurations, and procedures.
  • Recommend architectural improvements aligned with Microsoft SQL Server best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and IT infrastructure.
  • Enforce database security, access controls, and compliance standards.
  • Develop and test disaster recovery and failover strategies.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent post-secondary education.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in database/software management with increasing responsibilities.
  • Experience managing complex IT projects and working with BI platforms (e.g., Power BI).
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft DP-300 are advantageous.
  • Strong skills in SQL Server administration (2016+), T-SQL, and database performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Experience supporting and developing within data warehouse environments.
  • Proficiency in database backup/recovery tools and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Active Directory.
  • Understanding of Microsoft licensing practices.
  • Scripting experience (PowerShell, T-SQL) for automation tasks.
  • Ability to mentor team members and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
