Buscamos un Cloud Engineer responsable de desarrollar y mantener los componentes de infraestructura, colaborando estrechamente con desarrolladores senior para crear soluciones de software de alta calidad, escalables y receptivas. La plataforma en la que trabajarás está diseñada para optimizar el trabajo de los desarrolladores, ofreciendo una experiencia rica en funciones para DevOps y MLOps, con foco en herramientas y recursos esenciales para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.

Role & Responsibilities



  • Desarrollar, ejecutar y automatizar pipelines CI/CD - Infraestructura como Código (IaC).


  • Monitorear componentes PaaS y IaaS en la nube, garantizando disponibilidad, rendimiento y seguridad.


  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de directrices de seguridad y conformidad en la plataforma.


  • Apoyar y habilitar casos de uso en la plataforma.


  • Contribuir a la mejora de los procesos internos de desarrollo.

Skills & Qualifications



Requisitos:


  • Título universitario en Ciencias de la Computación, Sistemas de Información o un campo relacionado.


  • Mínimo de 6 años de experiencia como Ingeniero de Sistemas en la Nube o Ingeniero DevOps.


  • Experiencia en metodologías de desarrollo de software como Kanban o Scrum.


  • Experiencia trabajando en equipos multifuncionales.


Conocimientos técnicos obligatorios:


  • Experiencia demostrada con plataformas en la nube, especialmente Azure.


  • Amplia experiencia con Terraform/CDKTF para aprovisionar y gestionar infraestructura como código (IaC).


  • Habilidad para escribir y mantener código Terraform modular, reutilizable y escalable.


  • Experiencia práctica configurando y gestionando clústeres Kubernetes, incluyendo despliegues con Helm Charts y aplicación de buenas prácticas de seguridad.


  • Experiencia extensa en configuración y mantenimiento de pipelines CI/CD.


  • Fuerte enfoque en GitHub Actions para flujos de trabajo CI/CD.


  • Familiaridad con buenas prácticas en pruebas automatizadas, despliegue y monitoreo.


  • Experiencia probada trabajando en entornos ágiles (Scrum o Kanban).


  • Enfoque orientado al producto y a la resolución de problemas desde la perspectiva del usuario.


  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.


  • Capacidad para resolver problemas técnicos complejos y aportar soluciones innovadoras.

Habilidades deseables:

Technical Application Specialist

Location - London (3 days per week minimum)

Job Description

Technical Application Specialist, acting as our Subject Matter Expert, leading the design, support, and continuous improvement of business-critical policy administration systems. This role combines technical application support and functional system ownership to ensure seamless operations and innovation across the platform estate.

Responsibilities:
    • Reports directly to the Technical Applications Lead, acting as a senior member of the technical applications team.
    • Be our SME and source of knowledge for our PAS system across the entire enterprise.
    • Investigate and resolve technical issues, including performance problems and security incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
    • Actively participate in projects, including upgrades, deployments, etc.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of PAS configurations and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
    • Create and maintain knowledge base articles.
    • Identify and address vulnerabilities and compliance issues through audit remediation activities, ensuring our PAS systems meet regulatory and security standards.
    • Manage relationships with relevant partners, suppliers/vendors, standards


Skills and Experience:
    • Deep understanding of Policy Administration Systems (PAS) functionality and architecture.
    • Experience with specific PAS platforms (Eclipse Broking, Applied Epic, SaaS solutions) is highly desirable.
    • Familiarity with insurance products and their configuration within a PAS.
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
    • Experience with system integrations (APIs, web services, batch processes), as PAS often integrates with many other core insurance systems (CRM, Claims, Billing, Data Warehouses).

This is a hands-on role ideal for a licensed or journeyman-level electrician who enjoys troubleshooting, building systems support, and working with a skilled maintenance team.

What we're looking for
* 2-4+ years of industrial or plant-based electrical experience
* Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety procedures, and high-voltage systems (up to 480V)
* Ability to interpret schematics and wiring diagrams (AutoCAD proficiency preferred)
* Comfort with PLC troubleshooting, controls, and facility power distribution
* Licensed or journeyman electricians preferred; must be eligible for licensing if not already held

What you'll do
* Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems in a high-paced manufacturing setting
* Install conduit, panels, wiring, and plant system controls
* Collaborate with engineers and maintenance to support ongoing operations
* Use meters, schematics, and PLC tools to address system faults and optimize uptime
* Work independently across varied assignments with safety as the top priority

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 8 AM-6 PM (40 hours/week)
Location: Onsite - Cudahy, WI (commutable from Milwaukee, Oak Creek, Franklin, South Milwaukee, etc.)
Target Start: August 11th
