Du wirst Teil eines agilen Java-Experten Teams sein, welches gemeinsam langfristige Softwareentwicklungsprojekte mit allen Phasen des Entwicklungszyklus professionell umsetzt.

Thematisch geht es dabei vor allem um die Digitalisierung und Modernisierung im Bankenumfeld, zum Beispiel die Entwicklung von Webportalen zum Online Banking, Mitarbeiterportale, Service Portale und Expertenanwendungen sowie KI-Projekte.

Du schaust dabei auch gern über den Tellerrand hinaus - sei es in Richtung Security, Cloud, DevOps oder KI - und behältst des Gesamtblick und das Ziel im Auge: eine Software zu entwickeln, die Probleme löst und konkrete Anwendungsfälle und Benutzer hat. Interesse an Neuem, kontinuierliches Lernen und deine beruflichen Entwicklung sind ebenfalls Teil deines Alltags!



Anforderungen:
  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder IT-Studium wünschenswert
  • Mehrjährige (mindestens drei Jahre) Berufserfahrung in der Java Entwicklung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umfeld von Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices
  • Kenntnisse im Frontend (Angular, React, Vue) wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Prinzipien der Objektorientierten Programmierung, Grundlagen der Java Entwicklung, Kenntnisse zu UML-Diagrammen, Design Patterns, Clean Code, Methodiken der Softwareentwicklung und Datenbanken sowie SQL
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und Bereitschaft Hybrid zu arbeiten (2x Tage Büro pro Woche) sowie Bereitschaft bei wichtigen Meetings auch mal zum Kunden zu reisen (Bsp: Frankfurt)

Business Application Manager - Leading Financial Institution
Oslo (Aker Brygge) | Hybrid | Full-Time

We're hiring a Business Application Manager to join the technology team at one of Norway's largest financial institutions. The organisation plays a key role in funding sustainable development across the country and is prioritising investment in modern technology.

In this role, you'll help manage and develop critical business applications used across lending, customer operations, compliance, and more. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external software vendors to ensure our systems support the business effectively and evolve with its needs.

Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and define system requirements


  • Translate business processes into system functionality and configuration


  • Create and maintain solution documentation


  • Coordinate development and implementation with internal and external teams


  • Manage and follow up on deliveries from software vendors


  • Plan and manage software releases and upgrades


  • Take ownership of day-to-day system operations and support

Who We're Looking For:



  • Degree in IT, finance, accounting, or similar (relevant experience may substitute)
