Responsibilities:

• Develop the product vision, roadmap and features required to meet these needs
• Own technology initiatives around delivering the optimal PIM and MDM experience
• Work closely with Business Owners / SMEs to synchronize digital product development release readiness
• Work closely with Digital Experience Manager to ensure distributors digital customer experience wants are accounted for in product backlogs and delivered by the development teams
• Drive PI (Program Increment) planning preparation for respective product in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders
• Provide guidance to Product Owners to develop and execute against their backlog
• Contribute to the product backlog with deep understanding of features and fixes needed to deliver to the digital transformation roadmap
• Ensure solutions are deployed seamlessly to internal users/customers when they are ready
• Clearly understand, communicate and factor in the product features that drive the most value for our internal and external customers
• Drive completion of enabler activities required to deliver the priority capabilities

Required Skills and Experience:





Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a product manager for PIM and/or MDM products in a large global enterprise
• 4+ years leading Stibo PIM and/or MDM project
• Scrum master or agile certification preferred, but not required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong technical project management experience
• Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of product management (demonstrated understanding of PM processes, artifacts and tools for agile)
• Possesses solid understanding of PIMs and Master Data Management system design and integrations within an enterprise technical ecosystem (feeding and ingesting systems)
• Superior verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of stakeholders (subject matter experts, business leaders, product owners, developers)
• Effectively able to identify, clarify and communicate vision, goals and objectives for our PIM & MDM project and how these support Beldens shared strategic objectives
• Ability to drive to big picture goals and milestones while maintaining a strong attention to detail
• Sound judgement able to effectively/creatively troubleshoot when presented with constraints
• Resolves conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision-making
• Exceptional multi-tasker with ability to work autonomously and own full platform/product leadership

Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Ops Project Manager

This is for a global transformation (North America, EMEA, and APAC) to enhance their offerings of Client onboarding and servicing.



Responsibilities

• End-to-end project ownership for North America region including multiple workstream as per the established methodology, in constant co-ordination with the global Program Manager and the EMEA and APAC Project Managers
• Assist in the design/ re-design of the program - including governance, timeframe, workstreams definition, dependencies, RACI, project staffing, budget, metrics, methodologies
• Deliver the expected outcomes and benefits for the region, each workstreams, and including crossover initiatives
• Deal with changes to the project as and when necessary
• Plan, co-ordinate/ motivate, and ensure the work is done to the right standard, on time and to budget
• Articulates the project status, outcomes, RAIDD and Mitigation log, RAG log appropriately to all stakeholders, including making presentations to MD level client stakeholders
• Identify and help remove project roadblocks, handle escalations, or further escalate so that issues do not impact scope, schedule, or budget
• Build a strong relationship with clients, partners, internal stakeholders to ensure all program workstreams are defined, tracked, and executed according to plan
• Develops and implements effective communication plans, designed to drive strategic discussions with stakeholders
• Support and drive the growth of the program and the client account from a consultancy firm perspective

Skills: Required

• Proven track record in implementing complex programs at large financial institutions
• Significant experience in leading regional teams to deliver client objectives within agreed budget, time, and resource constraints
• Experience of leading operational and organizational change from a business side
• Experience in managing both internal and client dynamics to achieve consensus and make progress
• Strong communication skills with confidence to deal with senior and demanding client stakeholders Significant business experience using various project and program management methodologies in a variety of environments
• Understanding of the Operations remit in a Bank - from CRM, onboarding, Middle Office and Back Office, payment, transaction monitoring activities will be useful but is not a pre-requisite
