    Nous recherchons un Practice Leader Data pour piloter les équipes et les solutions autour des environnements Microsoft Azure/Databricks et Google Cloud (GCP). Ce poste clé vous permettra de jouer un rôle stratégique dans le développement des offres Data et Cloud d'une entreprise qui jouant les premiers rôles sur le marché.

    Vos missions :

    Avant-vente :
    • Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales pour concevoir des solutions data sur mesure adaptées aux besoins des clients.


    Leadership et stratégie :
    • Encadrer, former et accompagner les équipes internes (100aine collaborateurs spécialisés sur Microsoft et GCP).
    • Soutenir la montée en compétences des jeunes talents tout en pilotant des projets techniques complexes.
    • Définir la vision et les priorités stratégiques des practices Microsoft et GCP.
    • Participer à l'intégration stratégique de fonctionnalités IA dans les projets Data

    Nous recrutons un Tech Lead Data pour accompagner un groupe leader dans son secteur, au cœur d'un ambitieux projet de modernisation de son infrastructure data. Vous contribuerez à migrer un Datawarehouse MSBI existant vers une Modern Data Platform basée sur Snowflake, tout en pilotant des initiatives stratégiques autour de la donnée.

    Vos missions principales :
    • Piloter la migration du Datawarehouse actuel (MSBI) vers Snowflake.
    • Concevoir et implémenter une plateforme data moderne pour répondre aux enjeux métiers.
    • Mettre en place un catalogue de services étendu, incluant des solutions de Self-BI et de visualisation de données (Power BI).
    • Accompagner les équipes data dans la montée en compétence sur les nouvelles technologies.
    • Assurer la cohérence technique des solutions et garantir leur performance, sécurité et scalabilité.
