• Proven experience in data cataloging, metadata management, and data governance
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Purview, (can understand and validate integration with Azure Data Factory, setup of Purview in a Azure tenant and integration with Databricks Unity catlog)
• Ability to define and articulate what a data product is within a business domain and to drive all aspects of creation and curation - teach data owners and business users in the need of a data catalog and how to handle it.
• Experience in data engineering, technical project management, or architectural roles is a plus
• Knowledge of tools like Databricks, Collibra, or Elation is a big plus

• Comfortable working in domains without intial clear data ownership and securing/escalating when such is not in place.
• Strong stakeholder management across highly divisional environments
• Ability to maintain focus and clarity in complex, multi-team settings
• Excellent communication skills in English; Finnish and/or Swedish is a strong advantage. (If you find a Finnish, Swedish speaker you've hit the jackpot). Avoids jargon, can explain complex concepts simply

• Provide day-to-day technical support for the Eclipse Broking system.
• Assist with troubleshooting, configuration, and minor enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth application performance and integration.
• Support wider application landscape including SQL Server and API-based systems.
• Document and escalate issues as needed, ensuring timely resolution.

• Technical understanding of Eclipse Broking (PAS).
• Experience working within the insurance sector, ideally Lloyd's market.
• Exposure to SQL Server, including basic querying and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with API integrations and general application support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Configure, implement, and support network infrastructure including switches, routers (Cisco & Huawei), wireless Access Points (APs), VLAN setup, VPN configuration, and network security components such as firewalls and access controls.
• Support and maintain server infrastructure including Windows Server and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Participate in internal infrastructure projects from planning to deployment, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for project execution and issue resolution.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance across network and server environments.
• Provide Level 2 support across infrastructure components, ensuring stability and performance.

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with strong hands-on skills in networking and systems.
• Experience with Cisco and/or Huawei network devices.
• Solid understanding of Windows Server, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and basic Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus.
