Requirements-

Worum es geht:

Das Unternehmen ist ein deutscher IT Dienstleister mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen für Softwareentwicklung, Cloud, Big Data und in diesem Fall Public. Für die Region Süd werden nun an verschiedenen Standorten Unit Leiter*innen gesucht, die mit Ihren Teams an Softwareprojekten im öffentlichen Bereich arbeiten. Dabei bauen Sie sich eine neue Unit auf, mit agilen Teams für die Java Softwareentwicklung, und arbeiten an Projekten neben den anderen drei Unit Leiter*innen und insgesamt über 50 Mitarbeitenden.

Dabei geht es hauptsächlich um Greenfieldprojekte und Neuentwicklungen mit den modernsten Technologien im Java Umfeld. So zum Beispiel war der Fachbereich verantwortlich für ein systemkritisches Projekt im Bereich der Kosteneinziehung, bei dem parallel zum vorhandenen heterogenen System ein komplett homogenes auf Basis des oben genannten Techstacks aufgezogen wurde, welches nach Vollendigung das alte System abgelöst hat.

In der Region Süd sind die Standorte München und Nürnberg die ältesten Standorte mit jeweils um die 20 und 30 Mitarbeitenden. Letztes Jahr ist der Standort Stuttgart hinzugekommen mit einem noch kleinen Team von 5 Mitarbeitenden, Karlsruhe soll nun dieses Jahr hinzukommen.
