Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all cybersecurity-related issues within the organization.

  • Investigate security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and lead remediation efforts to minimize impact.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, preferably with cloud security focus.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure security services and tools, including Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender.
  • Solid understanding of network security, threat detection, incident response, and cloud security best practices.
  • Experience in creating and managing security policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in security monitoring, log analysis, and incident handling.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of cybersecurity initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, able to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate, CISSP, or equivalent are a plus.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly capable and inspirational Data & Development Lead to join our Data & Innovation team. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends technical delivery with strategic oversight. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3 specialists across data engineering, automation, and systems development.
  • Define and maintain scalable internal data and systems architecture.

  • Execute hands-on technical development and change initiatives.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive system design and integration.
  • Align team efforts with prioritised initiatives for timely, high-quality delivery.

Skills & Experience

  • Comfortable with both hands-on technical execution and strategic planning.
