1. OT Architects

Location: Finland (Helsinki) & Norway (Oslo / Stavanger) opportunities

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain operational technology (OT) architectures and systems to ensure resilience and security.
  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses of OT environments.
  • Develop and implement security controls and protocols to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into OT infrastructure and operations.
  • Stay abreast of emerging threats and trends in OT security to proactively address potential risks.




Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in designing and securing OT architectures in industrial environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of OT protocols, standards, and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA systems.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, or ISA/IEC 62443 certifications preferred.




2. Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Location: Norway

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of the organization's cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Provide guidance and leadership on cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison with regulatory bodies, auditors, and stakeholders on cybersecurity matters.
  • Foster a culture of security awareness and accountability across the organization.




Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in cybersecurity leadership roles, preferably as a CISO or equivalent.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA highly desirable.




3. Security Manager

Location: Finland & Norway opportunities

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the cybersecurity team, including incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management.
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct security assessments and audits to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address security concerns and prioritize remediation efforts.
  • Monitor security trends and emerging threats to enhance proactive defense measures.
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and development.




Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in security management roles, with a focus on risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Strong technical background in cybersecurity technologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ preferred.




4. ISO27001 Specialists

Location: Finland

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation, maintenance, and certification process of ISO27001 standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures required for ISO27001 compliance.
  • Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to ISO27001 requirements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to address findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to promote understanding and compliance with ISO27001 standards.
  • Stay current with updates and changes to ISO27001 and related regulations.




Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining ISO27001 certification within organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO27001 framework, controls, and best practices.
