.NET Technical Lead

Responsibilities:

As a .NET Technical Lead, you will be responsible for:

1. Analysis, Design, and System Development: Lead the planning and execution of development activities, ensuring solutions are built efficiently and with high quality. Contribute to solution design, architecture, and technology evaluation.

2. Application Management: Oversee the maintenance of code structure, tools, environments, and CI/CD pipeline to ensure seamless application deployment and management.

3. Hands-On Development: Utilize your expertise in C#, .NET, and CMS technologies to actively participate in coding tasks and provide professional guidance to other developers.

4. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and provide guidance to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

5. Leading and Mentoring: Strike a balance between hands-on development and leading/mentoring activities, providing support and guidance to junior developers.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent competence.
- Solid proficiency in C# and newer versions of .NET.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Azure, with experience in Optimizely CMS or similar platforms preferred.
- Advantageous to have experience with frontend technologies such as React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and API development/integrations.
