Developer with Architecture responsibilities

Are you the backend developer we're looking for to help us pioneer the most innovative digital solutions in the travel industry?

Our IT department, comprising 20 individuals split between Operations and Development, fosters a lively atmosphere with an informal vibe. Decision-making processes are swift, enabling rapid progress on projects.

In our environment, we engage with technologies such as .Net/.Net Core, React, MS SQL, Azure, Elastic, and Git. We expect candidates to be proficient in one or more of these areas. Moreover, a genuine enthusiasm for personal growth and a dedication to delivering exceptional end products are essential traits we seek. There is also an element of Architetcure involved in this position.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Developing APIs and integrations with a strong focus on delivering value to our customers
- Collaborating on internal and external integrations
- Exploring emerging technologies and contributing to team discussions
- Creating new products and solutions within interdisciplinary teams
- Ensuring excellent customer experiences through project deliveries
- Maintaining a structured approach to development and fostering collaboration with fellow developers

We're searching for candidates who possess:

- At least 4 years of relevant experience as a backend developer, along with a background in IT/technology or a related field (equivalent experience may substitute for formal education)
- Proficiency in .Net/.Net Core, with extensive experience in API Design, REST API, JSON, XML, GraphQL, and MS SQL
- A passion for continuous delivery using modern tools, preferably with Agile/SCRUM experience
- A focus on robust technical design, high uptime, and refactoring legacy code

Additionally, expertise and experience in the following areas will be advantageous:

- Full-stack development and integration with framework-based front-end services using APIs
- A DevOps mindset, with familiarity with Azure DevOps as a management tool
- Security-oriented design for external APIs and integrations (e.g., using Auth0)
- Cloud solutions like Azure
- Enterprise Architecture principles
- Test methodologies, particularly automated testing
