Dynamics NAV Support Engineer

Location: Poland, Warsaw/ Remote, Hybrid

Job Type: UoP, perm or B2B, contract

Our client is looking for qualified, open-minded and motivated ERP Support Engineer. Our client is an automotive company. They are looking for an independent Support Engineer who will help solve current service requests for their ERP Dynamics NAV system.

Responsibilities
  • You will be investigating and resolving issues
  • You will be monitoring performance of applications
  • You will providing guidance or training to users - including enhanced levels of support following new/updated software releases
  • You will devise permanent or temporary corrections and workarounds for faults
  • You will be updating documentation
  • You will be defining enhancements
