Job title: Dynamics 365 CE Business Analysts

Location:South Africa (offices in Cape Town and Johannesburg)

Budget: Up to R65,000PM

MS solutions partner with numerous accolades over the years from Microsoft are growing their team - with client and project growth at an exciting pace, they are seeking a D365 CE Business Analyst to be the focal point of the development and delivery on key solutions in a variety of industries.

Your will role will be to collaborate with the CTO, Internal stakeholders technical consultants and clients on architectural decisions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Involvement in analysing requirements, mapping processes, and developing functional design documentation
• Testing new features and development add ons
• Supporting business processes
• Collaborating with stakeholders on project requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years in D365 CRM/Customer Engagement.
• Strong business process analysis, requirement gathering, functional documentation skills
• Sales, Customer Service and Marketing module experience
• Worked on full scale implementations from pilot to go live.
• Confident communication skills - experienced with stakeholders at a enterprise level.
