&lt;img src=https://counter.adcourier.com/bC53aGl0aW5nLjAyODQ5Ljk5NjRAbmlnZWxmcmFuay5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;We are looking to strengthen our data team with more competence in Azure - are you our new data engineer?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;You will play an integral part in our established data environment, with a focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions on Azure&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Your day-to-day can involve:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes on Azure&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Optimising and troubleshooting existing data infrastructure&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Implementing data security in compliance with industry standards.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies in your field&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;We are looking for you to bring: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;A strong academic background in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, engineering, IT, or similar)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Professional experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on Microsoft technologies&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Proficiency in SQL and/or Python&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Experience with Azure data services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Good understanding of data modelling, warehousing, and ETL processes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;It is also beneficial if you have: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Azure certifications related to data engineering&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Familiarity with big data technologies and machine learning concepts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Experience with data lakes and NoSQL databases&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;What's it like working with us?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;You will be joining an international and informal working environment, where flexibility and functionality are key&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Central to the working culture is the work-life balance to ensure you are as productive as can be in a supportive environment.
