Senior Network Engineer

Company Overview

Our client, is looking to hire a Network Engineer to join their growing team in Hong Kong. You will be working in the leading ISP company in Hong Kong. Attractive salary and fringe benefits will be offered to the successful candidates!



Responsibilities

• Work in the network team to ensure projects in smooth by supporting the network infrastructure, cloud, systems and solutions
• Manage the service operation to meet the corresponding service level agreement
• Plan and utilize the resource; develop and maintain SOP and operational procedures
• Build up and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure excellent service delivery
• Identify network issue and/or area of improvement and track the mitigation progress

Requirements

• At least 5 years of working experience in Networking
• Knowledge in Layer 2/3 switching, IP product, Firewall, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, MPLS is a plus
• Candidate with CCNA/CCNP is an advantage
• Knowledge in TCP/IP networking, switch, routers
• Possess relevant qualifications will be a plus
• Candidate with less experience will be considered too
• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
