System Analyst / Technical lead ( Perm role, Double pay)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java System Analyst/Technical Lead to join our client. As a Java System Analyst/Technical Lead, you will play a vital role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of company core system. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze system requirements, design and develop software solutions, and ensure the timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a development team to conduct production support and project delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues and questions related to Java-based systems.
• Analyze system requirements and translate them into software solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement Java-based software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Ensure the timely completion of projects by coordinating resources and managing timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Java-based systems.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Java development.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a Java Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Java programming language and frameworks.
• Experience with Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
• Java, Spring Framework, WebLogic, Tomcat, Oracle RDBMS, SQL and RDBMS, DevOps, version control system (e.g. GIT, SVN), maven, JIRA, Multi-tier and high availability system architecture
• Familiarity with software development best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
