&lt;img src=https://counter.adcourier.com/bC53aGl0aW5nLjUwNjU5Ljk5NjRAbmlnZWxmcmFuay5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;We are looking for a data engineer to join a finance company in Oslo on a freelance basis for 6 months to work on a new data platform in Azure&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Your role will involve:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Working with internal stakeholders to understand data requirements and design efficient data pipelines for migration to Azure&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Develop and implement ETL processes in the cloud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Ensure optimisation for scalability, reliability, and performance&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Provide documentation and training to support the transition to Azure&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;We are looking for you to have:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Proven experience as a data engineer or consultant, with expertise in building data pipelines and ETL processes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Strong knowledge of Azure data services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure SQL Database&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Familiarity with data modeling, warehousing, and analytics concepts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Experience working in the finance industry or with financial data is beneficial &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Fluency in Norwegian and English is required, and must be based in the Oslo area with a willingness to travel 2-3 days per week to office &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;For any questions contact Lucy on l.whiting@frankgroup.com&lt;/span&gt;
