Full Stack Team Lead (Nodejs, React, Python, MNC company)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of full stack developers, providing guidance and support throughout the development process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and timelines
• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions
• Mentor team members, sharing technical knowledge and best practices
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Identify and address technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance and usability
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in full stack development

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong knowledge in back-end technologies such as Node.js or Python
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React
• Has rich experience in microservice development on different cloud providers
• Has knowledge in security, infrastructure, coding, CI/CD
• Has a strong technical sense and also a strong business mindset
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
